• Booking Terms & Conditions

    Please read ALL information provided before booking your appointment.

    All appointments are home-based. If you are showing any symptoms of COVID Please do not attend your appointment but message me no later than 24hrs before your appointment to reschedule.

    DEPOSIT

    Appointments are subject to a £20 booking fee; which is deducted from the remaining balance, which is paid by cash or bank transfer.

    For Customisations that require re-postage back to you, the remaining amount must be paid before the hair is shipped back to you.

     

    EMERGENCY AND OUT-OF-HOUR APPOINTMENTS

    • Emergency appointments will be charged an extra £20
    • If you want an appointment for a date not shown this will be classed as an emergency appointment and can be booked with me via phone or email.
    • If you want to book an appointment anytime past 7 pm this will be classed as an out-of-hour appointment and will incur an extra £20 charge.

    LATENESS

    • If you are more than 10mins late this will be an additional £10 fee
    • If you are more than 25 mins late this will be an additional £20 fee

     

    CANCELLATIONS

    Please bear in mind that unless we cancel your appointment the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please message me 48hrs before the due date. Reschedules for the following month will be considered a new booking and require a new deposit.

    Cancellations must be done no later than 24 hours before your appointment.

    INSTILATION APPOINTMENTS

    • If you are coming with your hair cornrowed, please ensure they are flat and neat
    • If you are getting under-wig cornrows done, please come with your hair washed 
    • Please don’t come with wet hair
    • Please come with your FOUNDATION shade to your appointment 

    To ensure maximum satisfaction, please MAKE SURE your hair is sent to me a week before so that I can prepare it for installation. This service includes:

    - lace customisation

    - washing and conditioning of hair

    - a wig cap

    - hairband/wig combs (optional)

    - styling

    - cornrows

    The first step you need to take is to send us your closure and bundles of hair ONE WEEK before preparing it for installation.

    Weave and Wig cutting, All installs will have a free service of shaping and lightly cutting however for Graduated Bobs, Blunt Cuts have an extra  £20 charge as these cuts can take up to 45 mins there is an additional Service.

     

    HAIR DROP-OFFS + PICK UP

    Hair must be dropped off or delivered 1 WEEK BEFORE APPOINTMENT DATE, any time less than that will have AN ADDITIONAL £10 CHARGE. If there are any issues, please contact the stylist in advance.

    Please put your NAME and NUMBER on the hair packaging and address if the hair needs to be posted back.

    For customisations & lace replacements being picked up please include the date and time you will be picking the hair up. This must be at least 4 days from drop-off.

    For wig constructions, these will be available to collect/post back at least 5 working days after receiving the hair.

    We DO NOT accept T-part wigs, grey/whitish lace, thick lace, or very dense lace.

    For best results please buy the correct lace. Transparent lace is best for lighter complexions, medium brown for darker complexions and HD lace is suitable for all. Please contact us if you require any help at help@mslusciousuk.com
